Web terminal is not running

  • Set permission
sudo chmod 755 /var/www/html/plugins/gviabcua/netcontrol/scripts/bin/gotty
  • Check what scheduler is running
  • Check what scheduler is running from root
  • Check firewall (ports 8022, 8023 must be open)
  • Check what you URL and in APP_URL (.env) is same
  • Change gotty url in Settings/Modules
