Open System setting/Accesses ( /system/config?option_type=accesses) and set global param

Group access

Open Equipment access parameters (/system/device_access) and create accesses

Auto mode

Open Equipment search parameters (/system/device_discovering) and set subnetwork to autosearch

Manual mode 

Open /device-add-new and put IP. Other param is optional
